Ham & Potato Breakfast Casserole

Makes 6 servings.

Ingredients:

1 Package (6 ounce package) hash brown potatoes
1  1/2  Cups water
1  1/2  Cups shredded cheddar cheese (about 6 ounces)
1 Cup milk
1 Cup finely chopped Honey Baked Ham
1/2 Cup sliced green onions (with tops)
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon dry mustard
Dash of cayenne pepper
5 eggs beaten
Paprika

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix all ingredients except paprika in large bowl.  Pour into ungreased rectangular baking dish.  12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches; sprinkle with paprika.  Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes.
