Ham-Potato Salad
Makes 4-6 servings.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon seasoned pepper
2 tablespoons each vinegar and milk
2 cups diced cooked potato
1/2 cup diced celery
2 green onions, thinly sliced
About 11/2 cups diced ham
1/2 cup creamed cottage cheese
1 hard-cooked egg, diced
1 carrot, coarsely shredded
Directions:
Mix sour cream, salt, pepper, vinegar and milk. Combine remaining ingredients, add sour-cream mixture and toss lightly. Chill. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
