Ham Salad Sandwich Spread
Makes about 3 cups.
Ingredients:
2 Cups ground Honey Baked Ham
1/4 Cup each: minced onion and minced pickle
1/2 Cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 Tablespoon horseradish mustard
Directions:
Combine all ingredienets, mixing well. Chill to blend flavors. Use as a sandwich spread on white, rye, or whole whet bread. or serve hot, spreading on english muffin halves. Broil 2 inches from heat for about 5 minutes.
Optional additions: Add slice of cheese to each sandwich, return to broiler and heat until melted. Then add a slice of tomato and broil until hot.
