Chef’s Salad

Ingredients

  • Salad greens such as bib and Boston lettuce, romaine, watercress, escarole, and scheory
  • Few green onions, thinly sliced
  • Strips of Chicagoland Ham and Swiss cheese
  • Tomato wedges
  • Sliced cucumber and avocado
  • Dressing of equal parts (or to taste) lemon juice and salad oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Break salad greens in bowl and add remaining ingredients, except last 2.
  2. Add dressing, salt and pepper to taste and toss well.
  3. Serve at once.
