Ham-Corn Pudding

Yield: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 can (12 ounces) corn with green pepper, or whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup mined Chicagoland Ham

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs and milk.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Put in buttered 2-quart baking dish, set on rack in pan of hot water and bake in slow oven (325°F) 1 hour, or until set.
