Ingredients

  • 1 Package (6 ounce package) hash brown potatoes
  • 1 1/2 Cups water
  • 1 1/2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese (about 6 ounces)
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 1 Cup finely chopped Chicagoland Ham
  • 1/2 Cup sliced green onions (with tops)
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon dry mustard
  • Dash of cayenne pepper
  • 5 eggs beaten
  • Paprika

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients except paprika in large bowl.
  3. Pour into ungreased rectangular baking dish (12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches), sprinkle with paprika.
  4. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes.
