Ham Salad Sandwich Spread

Yield: 3 cups


  • 2 Cups ground Honey Baked Ham
  • 1/4 Cup each: minced onion and minced pickle
  • 1/2 Cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 Tablespoon horseradish mustard


  1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
  2. Chill to blend flavors.
  3. Use as a sandwich spread on white, rye, or whole whet bread. or serve hot, spreading on English muffin halves.
  4. Broil 2 inches from heat for about 5 minutes.
  5. Optional additions: Add a slice of cheese to each sandwich, return to broiler and heat until melted. Then add a slice of tomato and broil until hot.
