Potatoes Layered with Ham

Ingredients

  • 8 peeled and thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 2-3 Cups bite-size pieces Chicagoland Ham

Instructions

  1. Layer all ingredients in casserole dish.
  2. Blend together 2 Cups milk 3 Tablespoons Flour Salt and pepper to taste
  3. Pour over potatoes, onion and ham.
  4. Dot with 2 Tablespoons butter and baked for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
