Chef’s Salad

Ingredients
- Salad greens such as bib and Boston lettuce, romaine, watercress, escarole, and scheory
- Few green onions, thinly sliced
- Strips of Chicagoland Ham and Swiss cheese
- Tomato wedges
- Sliced cucumber and avocado
- Dressing of equal parts (or to taste) lemon juice and salad oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Break salad greens in bowl and add remaining ingredients, except last 2.
- Add dressing, salt and pepper to taste and toss well.
- Serve at once.
