Curried Pineapple Ham
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can (15 1/2 ounces) pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons chutney, chopped
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pepper to taste
- 2 cups Chicagoland Ham chunks
- Orange Rice
Instructions
- In skillet, saute onion in the butter 2 to 3 minutes.
- Stir in flour, then gradually add broth and pineapple syrup, stirring.
- Stir in chutney, curry powder, salt and pepper and simmer 10 minutes.
- Add pineapple and Chicagoland Ham chunks.
- Heat thoroughly and serve on Orange Rice.
