Ham Macaroni
Ham Macaroni
Ingredients
- 4 ounces seashell or other small macaroni, cooked and drained
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 4 eggs
- 13/4 cups light cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon monosodium glutomate
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 3 cups Chicagoland Ham in 1/4″ dice
- 1 small onion, minced
Instructions
- Toss macaroni in with the butter
- Lightly beat eggs with a small amount of the cream
- Add seasoning and beat until dissolved, then add remaining cream
- Mix macaroni, Chicagoland Ham and onion in 2 1/2 quart casserole and pour cream mixture over top
- Bake in moderate oven (350°F) 45 minutes, or until firm.
