Ham & Potato Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 Package (6 ounce package) hash brown potatoes
- 1 1/2 Cups water
- 1 1/2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese (about 6 ounces)
- 1 Cup milk
- 1 Cup finely chopped Chicagoland Ham
- 1/2 Cup sliced green onions (with tops)
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon dry mustard
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- 5 eggs beaten
- Paprika
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients except paprika in large bowl.
- Pour into ungreased rectangular baking dish (12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches), sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes.
