Potatoes Layered with Ham
Ingredients
- 8 peeled and thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 sliced onion
- 2-3 Cups bite-size pieces Chicagoland Ham
Instructions
- Layer all ingredients in casserole dish.
- Blend together 2 Cups milk 3 Tablespoons Flour Salt and pepper to taste
- Pour over potatoes, onion and ham.
- Dot with 2 Tablespoons butter and baked for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
