Sauteed Ham and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 cups sliced cooked potato
  • About 1 cup Chicagoland Ham pieces
  • Salt, pepper and paprika

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion in the butter.
  2. Mix all ingredients together gently, and put into greased 2 quart casserole.
  3. Bake in moderate oven (350°F) about 40 minutes.
