Sauteed Ham and Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 cups sliced cooked potato
- About 1 cup Chicagoland Ham pieces
- Salt, pepper and paprika
Instructions
- Sauté onion in the butter.
- Mix all ingredients together gently, and put into greased 2 quart casserole.
- Bake in moderate oven (350°F) about 40 minutes.
