October through Mother’s Day

We ship whole and half Chicagoland Bone-In Hams to locations within the continental United States. We generally start shipping in October, and our last shipments are made the week just before Mother’s Day. Please Note: If you want to place an order for pickup at Kramers in Hinsdale, or Country Kitchen in Highland Park, online orders are not available instead please call 708-448-8507 to place your order.

UPS orders for the holiday season will be shipped on the following days in November the 13th, 20th, and the 25th. For December, orders will be shipped on the 4th, 11th, and the 18th. Please select one of these dates when checking out. Palos Heights curbside pick up and local delivery are available Tuesday-Friday 10 AM- 3 PM. Additionally for Thanksgiving curbside pick up will be available Saturday November 23 10am-2pm, and Monday thru Wednesday November 25 -27 9am -5pm

We accept Visa and MasterCard for orders. Payment is due at the time the order is placed.

Gift Messages
Your gift message greeting will appear on the shipping label of the package. If no greeting is provided, no message will be included

Shipping Logistics
Chicagoland Ham, Co. ships the beginning of each week for order delivery by the weekend. Ordering by noon the Saturday previous ensures that the order is shipped the following week. We ship your order as close as possible to the requested ship date. We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day or time. Please include
the most accurate address possible, including apartment or suite numbers. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO addresses. We solely ship within the Continental U.S. It is very important that your recipient is home to receive their package. It is at the discretion of UPS to leave the package if no one is home to receive
it. UPS may leave the package at the door; we do not require a signature of receipt. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an address that is not occupied.

Ground/2 Air UPS.
We ship within Illinois, and our neighboring states using UPS Ground service. To ensure that each order is delivered in a timely fashion, in good condition we ship to farther distance states, throughout the continental U.S., using UPS 2-Day Air Service. The State you direct us to ship to will determine if the package is sent
ground or 2 day air

UPS Tracking.
When your order is shipped, UPS will assign a tracking number If you would like the package tracking information, call us at 708-448-8507 to receive that information

Receipt of Shipment
Chicagoland Ham items are perishable and are shipped frozen to ensure freshness and quality. Instructions for care of your Chicagoland Ham will be included. You may refrigerate or refreeze or Chicagoland Ham when it arrives. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to thaw and schedule your ship dates accordingly. All roasts and meatloaf
should be placed in the freezer and cooked from a frozen state.

Cancellation / Changes
Cancellations must be made at least one week prior to the requested ship date. Please call 708-448-8507 to cancel or change your order. Please provide us with your name, daytime phone number, and your gift recipient’s information. We will do our best to cancel the order and/or make the changes. It is important that
you give us time to make these corrections.

Address Limitations
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. We solely ship within the continental U.S. Please be sure all addresses are correct and include daytime, phone numbers and email addresses for your recipients. If any incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for the items shipped to an incorrect or incomplete
address. It is the sender’s responsibility to cover the cost for re-shipment of an item if Chicagoland Ham Co. was provided with an incorrect or incomplete address or delivery date.
