Ham-Corn Pudding
Ham-Corn Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 can (12 ounces) corn with green pepper, or whole kernel corn
- 1 cup mined Chicagoland Ham
Instructions
- Combine eggs and milk.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Put in buttered 2-quart baking dish, set on rack in pan of hot water and bake in slow oven (325°F) 1 hour, or until set.
